Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Cozy Ep Games (“we,” “us”) and apply when you download, install or use any game we publish (the “Game”), including our Android titles distributed through Google Play.

1. Acceptance

By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. If you are a minor, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold; we and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works of the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use cheats, bots, automation, unauthorized third-party software or modified files to alter gameplay;
• exploit or publicly disclose game bugs for unfair advantage;
• interfere with, probe, scan or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks, or those of our providers;
• use the Game in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of the platform (such as Google Play).

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game may offer virtual currency, items or features (“Virtual Items”) and, where available, in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Virtual Items are licensed to you for use inside the Game only; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services. They are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded.

Purchases are final and handled by Google Play under its payment terms; we do not receive your payment card details. Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s policies. Prices and availability of Virtual Items may change, and we may modify, suspend or remove them where reasonably necessary.

5. Advertising

The Game may display advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdMob, and may offer optional purchases to remove ads. Advertising and related processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, patches or changes to the Game, and you consent to such updates being applied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or on all devices, and we may discontinue a Game or a feature where reasonably necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game — including its code, artwork, sounds, text, trademarks and other content — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third- party components remain subject to their own licences and notices.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

10. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. You may stop using the Game at any time, and may terminate by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Game. On termination, the licence in Section 2 ends; other provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Game, our services or applicable law. The “Last updated” date will change, and where required we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
