Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Cozy Ep Games (“Cozy Ep Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have when you use our mobile games and applications (the “Service”), including our Android games available on Google Play.
Our games do not require you to create an account. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. By using the Service you acknowledge this Privacy Policy; where applicable law requires consent for specific processing, we obtain it separately.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or other direct contact information in order to play.
Some information may be collected automatically by the game or by third-party SDKs we integrate:
1.1 Advertising
Our games use Google AdMob to display ads. Depending on SDK version, configuration, your device settings and applicable consent, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general (city-level) location;
- device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
- information about interactions with ads and with the app;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- information used for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
1.2 Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the games are used and to improve them. It may collect app launches, sessions and duration, in-game events and screen interactions, device model and OS version, approximate location derived from network data, app-instance and advertising identifiers, and (where enabled) in-app purchase events.
1.3 Crash reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems. It may process crash reports and error details, timestamps and app state at the time of the error, device model, OS and app version, and diagnostic logs.
1.4 Local game data
Progress and settings (completed levels, preferences) are stored on your device. We do not operate a game account or cloud-save system; local data may be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data, or reset your device.
2. How We Use Information
- Providing the Service — running the game and maintaining its features;
- Advertising — displaying ads and measuring performance;
- Analytics — understanding usage and improving gameplay;
- Diagnostics — detecting, investigating and fixing crashes and errors;
- Security — detecting invalid activity, ad fraud and technical abuse;
- Purchases — supporting in-app purchases processed by Google Play;
- Legal compliance — meeting legal obligations and responding to valid requests.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Our games integrate third-party SDKs that may process information:
- Google AdMob — ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where applicable and permitted, personalized advertising. See Google’s Privacy Policy and advertising controls.
- Firebase — analytics and crash diagnostics. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices; we encourage you to review them.
4. In-App Purchases
Where a game offers in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or unlocking content), the transaction is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase-related identifiers and events may be processed for purchase management, analytics and reporting.
5. How Information Is Shared
- Service providers — Google AdMob and Firebase, as necessary for advertising, analytics, crash reporting and security;
- Payment processing — Google Play for in-app purchases;
- Legal requirements — where required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid request from a competent authority;
- Protection — where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security or integrity of the Service, our users or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Storage, Retention and Deletion
Local game data can generally be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the game. Data processed by AdMob or Firebase is retained under those providers’ policies and retention settings. Because we do not run accounts, there is no account deletion process; for data held by Google, use Google’s privacy controls and request mechanisms.
7. Data Security
We rely on established providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information associated with the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our games are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children. Advertising and analytics SDKs may process limited device and usage information; we configure these services consistent with applicable requirements and the audience settings used for each game. Where law or platform policy requires additional protections (such as age-appropriate ad settings or parental consent), those requirements apply. If you believe a child’s information has been processed in a way that violates applicable law, contact us and we will review it.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal information, or to object to it. You can manage advertising personalization and reset identifiers through your device settings and your Google account. These controls may not remove all advertising; some processing is necessary for ad delivery, measurement and security. To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 12. Requests about data held independently by Google should be directed to Google.
10. International Data Processing
Our providers may process information on servers located outside your country. Where required, such transfers rely on the provider’s safeguards and applicable legal mechanisms.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our games, services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above will change, and where required we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
